Well, tonight Folks, we get to hear what the REAL health care proposal is that the Administration is proposing and we will probably see a fine speech (unless the tele-prompter breaks down). Now why did I take that cheap shot?!

My best advice today is to record the speech, not for its historical significance but because of the way the president will check the wind blowing and take that position as his own.
